Exchange/ Return Policies

Please note that we do not offer refunds unless the package is returned with the courier.

As for exchanges, items must be returned in their original packaging; unworn, and with the tag.

Exchanges must be made within 72 hours of arrival.

Items can be tried on before the courier leaves for an easier exchange.

Exchanges only apply if the product is defective or you would like a different size.

If the size requested is not currently available, the exchange will be processed during the next restock.

An additional shipping fee will be charged for exchanges.

Shipping Policy

We strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Orders within Cairo and Alexandria are typically delivered within 3 to 7 business days. For orders outside these cities, delivery may take 6 to 12 business days depending on the destination. Please note that business days do not include Fridays or public holidays. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details, if available.

Please note that the delivery fee displayed at checkout may differ slightly for certain areas, particularly those outside the shipping company’s usual routes.
